In 1986, the company was registered as a joint stock company under the name Erciyes Construction by visionary civil engineer Zühtü Lülecioğlu during the development of Iskenderun Port in Turkey. Since 2005, under the leadership of Ahmet Bahadır Lülecioğlu, the third generation civil engineer, Sayram İnşaat ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi.
